Job descriptionConduct comprehensive eye examinations and assist in diagnosing eye conditions. Prescribe and fit corrective lenses as per patient requirements. Provide pre- and post-operative care for eye surgeries. Utilize specialized ophthalmic equipment for diagnostics and treatment. Educate patients on eye health and treatment options . Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Collaborate with eye care professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Commit to continuous learning and professional development in the field of optometry.
Company Description
Zamindar Microsurgical Eye Centre, established by Dr. Samina Zamindar, offers a unique platform called 'Eye for Quality' , dedicated to helping smaller hospitals in India begin their quality journey. The centre focuses on teaching, learning, and sharing methodologies for implementing quality standards and ensuring world-class healthcare. It conducts 2-day workshops to train doctors, hospital administrators, and nurses on the basics of quality and safety standards. Recognized as a 'Centre for Quality Promotion' by CAHO in 2017 , Zamindar Microsurgical Eye Centre has trained over 220 professionals , simplifying critical aspects like writing SOPs, process mapping, and documentation .
