Position : Home Loan Sales Executive for GICHFL Permanent role

Location : Jaipur, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, Chandanagar, Suchitra, Vijaywada, LB Nagar.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and builder tie-ups

Meet monthly sales targets for home loans

Assist customers with loan applications & documentation

Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Education : Graduate in any discipline.

Experience : 1 to 3 years in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFC, or banking.

Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with local real estate market is an advantage
