Roles and Responsibility
As an Account Enrichment Manager, you will lead a team of Account Enrichment Specialists to provide high-quality account and persona research for the sales development team. Your leadership will ensure accurate data delivery, process excellence, and team performance, directly contributing to pipeline generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management and Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 4 Account Enrichment Specialists.
- Monitor team performance against key metrics, such as accounts enriched, personas identified, and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
- Process Development and Optimization
- Design and implement standardized research processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Define SLAs for account delivery and continuously monitor outputs.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales teams to refine criteria for account targeting and enrichment.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Ensure all account and persona data entered into the CRM meets quality standards.
- Conduct spot checks and regular audits to maintain high data hygiene.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Development Managers, SDRs, and Marketing teams to align research priorities and outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reporting on team productivity and highlight enriched accounts ready for outreach.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Identify tools, technologies, and resources to improve the team s productivity and outcomes.
- Recommend data enrichment platforms, new research techniques, or partnerships for scalability.
Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales research, or market research roles.2+ years of experience managing a team, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.Strong understanding of sales development processes and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.Proficiency with research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.).Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to demonstrate grit and resilience.Preferred Skills :
Prior experience with ABM tools like 6Sense or DemandbaseExperience supporting sales development teams or ABM programs.Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and automation tools.Proven ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.Role : Key Account Manager
