About the Role :
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our top clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of digital marketing or tech services.
You will ensure high client satisfaction, drive account growth, and act as a strategic advisor to help clients achieve their business goals through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Understand client business objectives and align them with company services (Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Ads, etc.).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, design, tech, and operations) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor account performance, campaign results, and deliver regular progress reports to clients.
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Forecast account growth, renewal potential, and client retention metrics.
- Represent client interests during internal discussions to ensure customer-centric delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
Key Skills Required :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Proven experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in a digital marketing or IT agency).Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.CRM and project management tool proficiency (e.G., HubSpot, Monday, Zoho, or Trello).Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of proven experience in key account management or client success roles.Prior experience in a digital marketing, software, or B2B service-based company is an added advantage.
