Job description&## ; We’re Hiring – SEO Team Lead (Full-Time, On-Site)&## ; Location : Kolkata Park Street Area &## ; Experience : 2+ Years Linkedin Easy Apply Won't work. We help high-growth D2C brands scale profitably using performance marketing, conversion strategy, and growth execution. We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead who’s not just great at audits and keyword research — but also knows how to build a winning strategy, lead a team, talk to clients, and deliver measurable results. &## ; What You'll Own : Lead the SEO strategy for multiple D2C brands (content, technical,on-page and off-page)Take ownership of client communication, reporting, and roadmap planning Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis Coordinate with writers and designers to delegate content and creative tasks Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with dev teams for implementation Build custom Looker Studio dashboards or similar tools for performance reporting Plan and manage off-page SEO including backlink strategy and outreach Own KPIs like organic traffic, organic revenue, rankings, conversion rates, and content velocity ✅ Must-Have Skills : ~2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency / D2C experience preferred)~ Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawling, indexing, schema, site structure)~ Familiarity with Shopify and optimizing eCommerce stores ~ Proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console ~ Skilled in Looker Studio or similar for custom client dashboard creation ~ Excellent verbal and written communication (client calls, team syncs, brief writing)&## ; Bonus if you have : Hands-on experience with basic HTML / CSS for SEO fixes Worked on CRO, page speed optimization, or eComm AOV / LTV strategy Leadership / management experience handling junior SEO teammates &## ; What You'll Get : Work with fast-scaling D2C brands across India and abroad A sharp, fast-paced team with deep eCommerce expertise Room to own your vertical and shape how we do SEO at Studio APS Growth-focused culture, clear roadmaps, and no fluff meetings &## ;
