What you’ll do

• Understand marketing and business challenges deeply, and translate them into smart, creative, and strategic solutions.
• Conceptualize and deliver compelling ideas and creatives across multiple channels — emailers, in-app banners, digital campaigns, and ATL assets.
• Own the creative direction and mentor external design teams and agencies, offering both design and strategic guidance.
• Be the brand custodian ensure every piece of communication is consistent, high-quality, and true to brand guidelines.
• Play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand voice of one of the most exciting and aspirational brands today.
