🎯 Key Responsibilities
🤖 Generative AI Development : Develop and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) with Python and LangChain, creating scalable and innovative solutions.⚙️ Model Engineering : Design, build, and optimize machine learning algorithms for generative AI tasks. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality training data.🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.🔍 Research & Innovation : Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs; experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions on the cutting edge.🚀 Model Fine-Tuning & Deployment : Evaluate, fine-tune, and validate models for optimal performance and accuracy. Oversee end-to-end deployment and scaling of AI systems.📝 Quality & Documentation : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and share model performance metrics.📚 Qualifications
🎓 Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.💻 Technical Skills : 4–10 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development with Python. Strong expertise in LangChain and large language models (LLMs), and proficiency with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).🧠 AI & NLP Expertise : Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and experience handling large datasets for model training.🚀 Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to tackle challenges.🤝 Communication & Teamwork : Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.💼 Why Join Scholastika?
