Junior Accountant

Location : Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune – Onsite

Type : Full-time | Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm

Objective : Deliver clean books, zero surprise cash gaps, and on-time compliances—every single week.

Job Role :

Accounting & books : Daily entries, journal / voucher control, month-end close, trial balance.

AR / AP : Invoicing, e-invoicing / e-way bill, debtor aging & collections; vendor bills, GRN matching, payment runs.

Reconciliations : Bank, GST ledgers, marketplace settlements (Amazon / Flipkart / etc.), petty cash, inter-company (if any).

Statutory : GSTR-1 / 3B, 2A / 2B reconciliation, TDS (24Q / 26Q), PF / ESI / PT; coordinate with CA for IT return & audit.

Inventory & COGS : Maintain stock, accurate manufacturing entries, negative stock checks; periodic stock take with Stores.

Must-have skills & experience

2 years in accounting (manufacturing / trading / FMCG preferred).

Hands-on with GST filings, 2A / 2B ITC match, TDS, payroll basics (PF / ESI).

Strong in Tally Prime, Excel, Google Drive

Clear written & spoken communication; rigor, integrity, and follow-through.

Nice to have

Marketplace reconciliation (Amazon / Flipkart fees, returns).

Costing / inventory accounting exposure.

Worked in a CA firm or handled statutory audits.
