Role Overview :

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Partner Program to build a scalable, high-impact Partner Ecosystem. You’ll own the platform end-to-end — from onboarding to performance optimization — crafting seamless journeys, driving automation, authorised persons, and affiliates to grow efficiently through data-driven insights, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Ownership- Lead the full Partner Platform journey — from idea to launch and beyond. Shape features, optimize performance, and continuously evolve the platform to deliver an exceptional experience for our partners.
• Roadmap & Collaboration- Collaborate across business, tech, and design teams to build and execute a visionary roadmap that fuels partner growth, acquisition, and engagement.
• Integration & Systems- Drive powerful API integrations, backend automation, and system enhancements that simplify operations and create a seamless partner experience end-to-end.
• Partner Experience- Design intuitive, high-impact partner journeys — from effortless onboarding and lead management to transparent payouts and insightful dashboards.
• Stakeholder & Releases- Engage with sub-brokers, authorised persons, and internal teams to turn feedback into action. Manage smooth, on-time releases with strong documentation and UAT rigor.
• Performance & Innovation- Track what matters — analyze data, measure engagement, and iterate relentlessly. Benchmark against top industry platforms to uncover new opportunities and drive innovation.
