Job description
  • Report evaluation before publication- Daily-Weekly-Monthly
  • Evaluation of Site Level- Micro Schedule
  • Preparing Level 3 Project Schedules with (Base-Line Plan)
  • Modify the Project Schedule to impart required changes
  • Preparation of a material procurement plan-based projection taken on the Project Schedule
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly projections (cost) for all ongoing projects
  • Coordinate to prepare Gudesk, Cash-flow and Estimation for projects
  • Act as a coordinator between H.O. and Site

    • Requirements

    • Should have experience in the Planning section of construction / residential projects in handling all phases from piling to finishing.
    • Working experience in a Construction / Contractor firm is preferred.
    • Excellent grasp of AutoCAD, Excel, and Primavera(Primavera is optional).
    • NICMAR certification is an added advantage.
