Our client is a fast-growing player in the EV / Infra-Tech sector , building the backbone of clean and accessible mobility across India. With rapid city-level expansion underway, scaling a high-quality workforce is mission-critical to success.

As the organization grows from a few hundred employees to 1000+ in under 2 years, the challenge lies in building a talent and people engine that matches the pace of operations.

The Role : Sr. TA, Ops & HRBP

We're hiring a Head of TA & Ops to solve a uniquely hard and meaningful problem :

Hiring and retaining hundreds of high-quality blue / grey collar team members at speed — while navigating high attrition, regional spread, and rising quality benchmarks.

This isn't a plug-and-play sourcing role. This needs a first-principles builder who can rethink how India hires and manages a large, distributed frontline workforce in EV infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for frontline roles : field operations, ground staff, site managers, technicians, and customer-facing teams.
  • Build alternate hiring engines : ITIs, skill councils, NGOs, rural sourcing, gig-to-full-time pipelines, referrals, and vendor networks.
  • Set up systems to scale without compromising quality — focusing on processes, not hacks.
  • Drive funnel excellence : TAT, cost / hire, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and early retention.
  • Act as an HRBP partner to business teams, aligning hiring with workforce planning, culture, and performance.
  • Lead a lean, high-performance TA & Ops team with speed, ownership, and execution discipline.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / People Ops across scale-heavy industries (EV, logistics, manufacturing, QSR, retail, hospitality, cloud kitchens).
  • Proven success in frontline / volume hiring and workforce operations.
  • Systems-first thinker with analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.
  • Deep empathy for the workforce, with a passion for building careers, not just jobs .
  • Strong operational rigor and execution mindset.
