We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 2 years of experience in internal hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment, ideal for a motivated team player eager to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networks) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide informed recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and professional network for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment strategies.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics; share actionable insights with leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
