Job Description –

Good Understanding of Automotive / Manufacturing domain

Strong experience in SFDC – Sales and Service Cloud

Strong Functional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC.

Experience in requirement analysis, BRD preparation, Functional Design documentation.

Good in suggesting Salesforce Solutions to customer

Expertise in building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team.

Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is preferred.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Should have experience in JIRA Dashboard creation

Should have good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Experience – 5-7 Years

Location – Pune (work from office)
