Junior Client Servicing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience (majorly in events) or a Mass Communication background who is passionate about advertising and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative, operations, and digital teams.

Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.

Maintain client relationships by providing prompt updates and addressing queries.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in an advertising / creative / events agency ( preferred ).

Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).

Should have good knowledge for Microsoft word, presentations and excels.

Good understanding of advertising, branding, print and digital marketing concepts.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Bracket : 3,50,000 – 3,75,000 P.A.
