Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide information or resolve resident / client issues.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist residents, guests, or clients with queries, complaints, or service requests.
- Manage deliveries, courier services, and other front desk-related operations.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional and courteous demeanor.Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is preferred.Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.Skills Required
