Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, residents, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide information or resolve resident / client issues.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist residents, guests, or clients with queries, complaints, or service requests.
  • Manage deliveries, courier services, and other front desk-related operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
