Job descriptionProvide L3 level support for Oracle databases in the Data Centre Perform daily health checks and housekeeping tasks Manage users and database space allocation Generate AWR / ASH reports Raise and coordinate calls with Oracle for issue resolution Collaborate with Application teams, ITD, and OEM vendors Perform database version upgrades and platform migrations Apply database patches and manage inventory Handle change management, incident management, and problem management Configure and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) setups Execute DR drills and ensure replication configuration Prepare documentation, SOPs, POAs, and maintain audit compliance Perform purging, statistics collection, and index rebuilds Implement Oracle products such as RAC, OEM13c, Encryption, Redaction, Compression, Database Vault, and Data Masking Administer Exadata / ExaCC environments Manage backups using RMAN and Datapump
