Software Engineer Intern

Role Description : Software Engineer Intern - 40 hours per week

This is a full-time remote internship designed for people who want to build.

You will work across UI, backend, and developer workflows that support thousands of AI agents.

But this is not a traditional internship.

We are looking for founding behavior, people who can build from scratch, move fast, and thrive in uncertainty. The role comes with a clear pathway to Founding Engineer + ESOP for those who show initiative, ownership, and strong product thinking.

• Build core features of the Bindu platform (UI + backend)
• Work with React, Tailwind, Python / FastAPI, Supabase, Docker
• Design dashboards, onboarding flows, and devtools for agent developers
• Improve documentation, examples, and community workflows
• Debug, fix, and optimize real agent microservices
• Collaborate directly with founders in a zero-bureaucracy environment
• Turn chaotic, ambiguous problems into production-ready solutions

We don’t evaluate CVs and your leetcode profile, dont send this, we evaluate how you think, build, and respond when things break.

We are looking for people who :

Build even when things are half-broken.

You don’t freeze when documentation is missing.

You figure it out. You ship anyway.

Have failed before (and learned from it)

Broken projects, abandoned startups, messy codebases, these are your strengths.

Show positive, ownership-first energy

When something is unclear or crashes, your instinct is : “Okay. How do we fix this?”

Turn pressure into progress

Take chaos → create structure
