Sales Executive

Property Pilot is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Channel Partner (CP) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate must be confident in handling walk-ins, site visits, client communication, and project sales with absolute professionalism.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and client relationships
• Handle site visits and explain project details to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and CP networks
• Convert leads into bookings through effective communication and negotiation
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and client servicing
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets
• Maintain daily reporting and CRM updates

🎯 Requirements

🔸 Minimum 2+ years experience in Real Estate CP industry

🔸 Strong knowledge of Pune real estate market & project inventory

🔸 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🔸 Ability to handle clients independently

🔸 Confident in closing deals and managing follow-ups

🔸 Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred

🔸 Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
