Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and scale our People function. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong performance systems, implementing OKRs across teams, and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own end-to-end hiring process across departments (marketing, ops, supply chain, tech, creative)
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through internal and external channels
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring plans and org structure

OKR Implementation

  • Roll out company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system
  • Work with team leads to define quarterly / annual goals aligned to business vision
  • Run monthly and quarterly OKR review cycles and maintain visibility dashboards

    • Performance Management

  • Drive bi-annual performance review process
  • Design appraisal, feedback, and growth systems
  • Align compensation, incentives, and learning programs to performance

    • Culture & People Development

  • Promote a culture of accountability, clarity, and ownership
  • Organize team offsites, learning sessions, and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to founders and department heads

    • Who You Are :

  • 6–10 years of experience in HR; preferably in D2C, consumer, or startup ecosystems
  • Strong exposure to OKRs, KPIs, and performance systems
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting across levels and departments
  • Strategic thinker with execution muscle and empathy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
