Job description
  • Make welcome calls to new and loyal customers, mention the key USPs about referral program and seek direct visit appointments to brief about the referral program.
  • Provide a warm and friendly experience, address any initial queries or concerns and follow-up until prospective leads are converted to referrals.
  • Manage customer interactions and relationships throughout the project tenure.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, addressing their doubts and concerns promptly regarding referrals and connect them to CRM / Sales team for purchase related queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) to provide seamless customer experience.
  • Update customer records and interactions in the system, maintain accurate and updated information on the progress of their referrals.
  • Make monthly engagement calls to referrers and update them on regional events, new project details, enquire about prospects and stay connected with them.
