SAP Lead

SAP CPI Consultant (Contract Role)

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant for a contract position, requiring 5-15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementations in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

This remote role is open to candidates across PAN India and focuses on designing, developing, and integrating cloud-based solutions to support SAP ecosystem connectivity and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration projects using SAP CPI, including designing integration flows, adapters, and mappings for cloud and on-premise systems.

Develop and configure iFlows, APIs, and connectors for seamless data exchange between SAP and non-SAP applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

Implement monitoring, error handling, and optimization techniques for CPI integrations.

Support migration to SAP Integration Suite, including Groovy scripting, XSLT transformations, and adapter configurations.

Conduct testing, deployment, and documentation of integration solutions in agile environments.

Provide expertise in hybrid integration scenarios, EDI, and API management.

Required Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in SAP integration and middleware technologies.

Minimum 2-3 full end-to-end implementations using SAP CPI.

Strong knowledge of SAP modules, cloud platforms, and integration patterns like REST, SOAP, OData, and IDocs.

Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML / JSON handling, and tools like CPI Design Time and Runtime.

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA, BTP, or other cloud services.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Certification in SAP CPI or Integration Suite.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and security protocols in cloud integrations.

Prior experience in contract roles within IT consulting or enterprise SAP projects.
