Engineering Manager - Snowflake DB / Data Warehousing

Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Integrations and Platform team, responsible for building and managing customer integrations, Snowflake data pipelines, and SSO / tenant onboarding.

Youll design and deliver scalable data solutionscovering ELT / CDC, Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, RBAC enforcement, and cost optimizationwhile driving technical excellence, delivery predictability, and SOC 2 compliance.

This is a player-coach role (3050% hands-on) that combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership, supported by data-driven performance metrics (DORA).
