Job descriptionClient Handling : Serve as a point of contact for clients post-enrollment and ensure prompt support and resolution of queries Grievance Management : Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention Data Management : Maintain and update accurate records of client information, offers, and transactions Offer Letter Releasing : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely generation and dispatch of offer letters Invoicing : Manage and process invoices accurately, in collaboration with the finance team. Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 0.6 – 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or related roles Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
