Sr. Specialist I Scheduling / Planning

Should be having experience around 15 years

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understanding scope of work and developing project schedule
• Loading the resource and allocating the work hours as per the approved budget
• Ensures the development of job progress monitoring system through scheduling
• Duties may include monitoring job progress according to schedules coordinating with departmental leads participating in weekly review meetings and performing schedule analysis.
• Provides priorities for projects to guarantee on time completion.
• Issuing weekly lookaheads and manhour reports to Project team.
• Under general supervision and occasional direct supervision performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
• Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
• Projects priorities develop production schedules for all projects.
• Correlates project schedules to align with client forecasted master schedule.
• Expedites deliverables and tasks that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
• Performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meetorganizational / operationalobjectives.

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS : Knowledge Skills and Abilities

EDUCATION :

Must have at least Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical or Process) or equivalent is highly desired.
