We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused candidate to provide high-quality and solutions-driven support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent level of customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our customers

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Respond to customer questions and issues via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
  • Manage post-sales support including order tracking, installation updates, service requests, and warranty queries and maintain thorough record.
  • Provide excellent guidance to the customers regarding product usage, maintenance, and warranty terms.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure their issue is fully resolved and they’re satisfied with the support.

Requirements : -

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers are also welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Job Type : Full-time
