About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Consultant to help design, develop and implement scalable applications on SAP S / 4HANA and SAP BTP.

Design and develop applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Develop OData services and business objects leveraging RAP, CDS views and annotations.
Work on S / 4HANA extensions using in-app and side-by-side extensibility on SAP BTP.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop UI services integrated with SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5 applications.
Ensure best practices in performance tuning, code optimization and security standards.
Support CI / CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting and provide post-deployment support.
Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, especially ABAP Cloud, CAP and BTP services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in ABAP RAP on S / 4HANA.

Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, CDS Views, OData, Annotations and Fiori Elements.

Hands-on experience with BTP, ABAP Cloud and Extensibility options.

Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning and code optimization.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI / CD).

Preferred :

Experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).

Exposure to Event Mesh, SAP Business Application Studio and SAP AI / ML integrations.

SAP ABAP certification or RAP-related certification.
