Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT service delivery and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end technical delivery, service management, cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle, Salesforce), and modern software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum. Relevant certifications like PMP and ITIL are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and drive the successful delivery of complex IT projects and services, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.

Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams.

Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for various projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related communications and escalations.

Implement best practices in service management, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

Ensure compliance with ITIL and PMP standards for all project and service delivery activities.

Monitor delivery metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.

Oversee cloud-based deployments and integrations, primarily on Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce platforms.

Mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning, change management, and resource optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery and service management.

Strong experience with cloud technologies : Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce .

In-depth understanding of SDLC , Agile , and Scrum methodologies.

Proven track record in leading large-scale technical projects across diverse environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
