About the Healthcare Incubation Program
A CSR initiative by DailyRounds, this hybrid, 5-month program, offers founders end-to-end support on the following aspects :
- Entrepreneurship fundamentals training and tailored guidance from problem validation to product–market fit.
- Regulatory and compliance advice from expert panels.
- Mentorship and business development support via NSRCEL, IIMB, and partner networks.
- Networking through events, meet-ups, and bootcamps.
- Funding access, including grants from DailyRounds.
- Clinical support with hospital and clinician access for trials, validation, sales, and research via partner network

Roles and Responsibilities
Startup Portfolio ManagementNurture, build & serve a portfolio of startups across the healthcare domain.Conduct thorough need analysis with portfolio ventures to identify key areas of support and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and interventions from across the ecosystemProgram Design and Medium-Term Program PlanningEngage in planning and designing for the program along with the program manager. Proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate action.Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPsMake data driven decisions for the program design in terms of adding new sessions to the calendar, modifying the offerings keeping founder needs and feedback in mindOperations ManagementOversee the implementation of online knowledge and mentoring sessionsEnsure timely updating and maintenance of our LMS platform for startups with relevant session resourcesEnsure the timely collection and sharing of program data from relevant stakeholdersMaintain program calendar integrity by identification of relevant subject matter experts, timely scheduling of sessions, overseeing larger program timelines.Stakeholder ManagementManage multiple stakeholders ranging from founders to ecosystem partners.Support in communication with the funding partnerBe a liaison between the NSRCEL team functions and the foundersPartnerships and NetworkingNetwork and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem (co-incubation, technology & policy, subject matter experts, lab facilities, hospitals, regulatory bodies, alternate startup funding sources etc.)Requirements
What you will need to bring to the table
3 to 4+ years of experience in the incubation / consulting or education space, with sufficient exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the countryHigh bias for action and ownershipAbility to work both independently as well as with the larger teamComfort with ambiguity and emergent problem solvingAbility to maintain tight timelines and manage dependenciesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and orally with multiple stakeholdersComfort with technology and work management softwareAdditional Skills
