The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of blood disorders and haematologic diseases while providing comprehensive patient care in collaboration with other specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage haematologic conditions such as anaemia, coagulation disorders, leukaemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
• Develop individualised treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices.
• Prescribe and administer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as required for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with laboratory and pathology teams to perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as bone marrow biopsies and blood smears.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Support research and professional education within the internal medicine department.
