About the Role We are looking for experienced Siebel CRM Functional Consultants to join a major Siebel upgrade and modernization program for a leading telecom operator in Bahrain.

This long-term remote engagement involves functional design, product catalog remodeling, order management enhancements, and collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise for Siebel 21.x

Configure and optimize Order Management and Product Catalog

Support the Siebel upgrade and modernization activities

Perform functional analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation

Work closely with technical and business teams in a fully remote environment

Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with telecom industry standards

Core Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Siebel Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Siebel 21.x
• Strong SQL skills
• Deep functional knowledge of :
• Product Catalog
• Order Management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work full-time and fully remote

Telecom domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Previous involvement in large-scale Siebel upgrades
