    • Job Description

    We are looking for full time freshers who would closely work with the Product & Customer Success teams at Fundamento and contribute to the development, audit, and testing of bot workflows for our bot Yara.

    What the role entails 👉🏽

  • Bot Workflow Development : Write workflows which are conversation scripts for the bot in Hindi & English. (to simplify the task, we will train you on how to use platforms like Chatgpt).
  • Auditing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough audits of the workflows to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Testing and Optimization : Assist in testing bot workflows across different platforms and devices to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Continuously optimise workflows based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Document any comments, improvements, errors and report the same.

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Decent written and verbal communication skills.
