AI & Data – GenAI Solutioning & Architecture(Senior Director Team)

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver GenAI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Design enterprise-grade AI architectures on Azure (preferred) or other hyperscalers (GCP, AWS).
  • Lead solutioning and proposal development for RFPs / RFIs — including estimations, solution decks, and architecture presentations.
  • Partner with clients as a trusted AI advisor, shaping their AI adoption roadmaps and transformation journeys.
  • Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and GenAI frameworks for scalable deployments.
  • Integrate data engineering pipelines and ensure robust MLOps / LLMOps governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — data engineers, architects, and business leaders — to enable full-lifecycle AI delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and enterprise AI governance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years total IT experience; 5+ years in AI / ML / GenAI solution architecture.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Azure AI stack – Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio, Cognitive Services.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI design patterns, Agentic AI frameworks, and Copilot architectures.
  • Proven background in MLOps / LLMOps, including model lifecycle, deployment, and CI / CD.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client-facing solutioning, pre-sales, and technical proposal creation.
  • Azure / GCP / AWS AI certifications preferred.
  • Exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector) is an advantage.
