Position : HR Recruiter

Contract Duration : 1 Year

Work Mode : WFO

Experience : 1.5 Years in Bulk & Fresher Hiring

Experience Required :

1 to 3 years of proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.

Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for large teams or BPO / ITES domains is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle bulk recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements across various departments.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and final selection processes.

Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports.

Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

Desired Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
