Primary Job Title : Assistant Manager - HR

We seek an on-site HR leader to manage end-to-end HR operations across a cluster of properties and enable consistent, compliant and high-performing teams.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and timely onboarding for all assigned properties—coordinate requisitions, interviews, offer letters and induction programs to meet occupancy and F&B staffing needs.
- Manage employee relations across the cluster : handle grievances, conduct investigations, coach managers, and implement corrective action to reduce attrition and improve morale.
- Ensure statutory compliance and accurate payroll coordination—maintain PF / ESI records, labour law documentation, shift rosters, and monthly payroll inputs across properties.
- Drive performance management and talent reviews : coordinate appraisals, promotions, succession planning and career-pathing initiatives to retain high performers.
- Design and deliver training & development programs (onboarding, service standards, soft skills, SOPs) in partnership with operations to upskill teams and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain HR records and metrics—use HRIS / HRMS and Excel to prepare monthly dashboards (attendance, attrition, hiring, compliance) and present actionable insights to cluster leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
3–7 years experience in hospitality HR or multi-property HR operations (cluster-level preferred).Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and payroll coordination for hotels or F&B sites.Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance (PF / ESI / Payroll) and HR documentation.Proficient with HRIS / HRMS tools and advanced MS Excel for reporting and analytics.Strong interpersonal, coaching and conflict-resolution skills; ability to influence at venue and cluster levels.Attitude to learn and take ownershipPreferred
