What You’ll Do :
📈 Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
🧠 Own and scale ROAS-driven strategies while experimenting with new customer acquisition funnels
📊 Monitor analytics daily — turn data into actionable insights
🛍️ Collaborate with creative and product teams to tailor ad messaging by segment and platform
🔁 Run A / B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
🎯 Build custom performance dashboards and reports
What We’re Looking For :
✅ 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (preferably in D2C or e-commerce)
✅ Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
✅ Familiar with attribution tools
✅ A data-obsessed mindset with creative intuition
✅ Bonus : Experience with eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle brands
