Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Growth Build and execute a high-impact global lead generation strategy with heavy focus on US and EMEA markets.
- Drive inbound marketing channels— content, digital campaigns, ABM, and partner marketing—to consistently deliver qualified leads.
- Own the marketing funnel, from brand awareness to lead capture, nurturing, and pipeline contribution. Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, BU Leads, and Solutions teams.
- Translate Forsys’ value proposition and accelerators into compelling campaigns and content that resonate with enterprise buyers.
- Manage Forsys’s global brand presence—website, thought leadership, events, and digital footprint.
- Execution & Operations Oversee and drive Forsys’s content engine—case studies, success stories, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and customer-facing assets—ensuring messaging aligns to ICPs (CROs, CIOs, RevOps leaders).
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns at speed and scale.
- Own Forsys’s website as a lead-generation hub—optimize for traffic, conversions, and pipeline influence. Work closely with Sales Ops to track marketing-influenced pipeline and report clear ROI on campaigns.
- Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and upskill the India-based marketing team across content, digital, design, and events.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on creativity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements / Specifications :
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B technology services marketing (preferably Salesforce / CPQ / CLM / ERP ecosystem)Proven track record of building inbound lead engines that directly contributed to sales pipeline in US and EMEA.Deep expertise in digital marketing : SEO / SEM, content strategy, marketing automation, ABM, LinkedIn campaigns, and event-led marketing. Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas (CROs, CIOs, RevOps leaders) and ability to craft resonant messaging.Experience managing global websites and digital presence with focus on conversion optimization.Hands-on leadership style—able to both strategize and roll up sleeves to execute.Excellent communication and storytelling skills—ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.Salesforce ecosystem, partner marketing, or alliance marketing experience is highly preferred.
