Responsibilities

Should develop good understanding of the software products, solutions and policies so that those can be pitched to the customers

Coordinate with customers through calls and emails to gather customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and solve all client needs

Follow up with customers so that every query of the customer is resolved and meets customer expectations

Build good customer relationships so that customer is a long lasting customer

Work closely with marketing and product development team so that you are up to date with the latest developments

Good communication skills and English speaking skills

Education

Any UG / PG degree
