The Impact you will create in the Job :

  • Maintain relationships with existing Customers and create Customer Advocacy
  • Eye to Detail on the Wallet sharing and create opportunities to pull in
  • maximum volume from Customers across channels
  • Review the implemented processes against the objectives to meet the set
  • expectations
  • To convert an escalation or challenge into a future business opportunity
  • Meet top clients periodically to learn about their experience and create
  • positive experiences for customers to create advocates.
  • Periodic reviews with managers and second-level executives to identify
  • challenges and solutions
  • Ensure good intrateam coordination and empathy between different departments
  • Be available at all times

What we look forGraduation from a recognized university in any stream, IT stream will have

priority

  • Technology and current market expectations
  • Background : IT preferred
  • Ownership and proactive mindset skill is a must
  • Ability to ask the right questions
  • Have a good sense of business
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good observer and listener
  • Stress management under critical scenarios
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management role
