Role Overview :

Work Location : Chennai / Hybrid

We are seeking a Counselor who combines expertise in both profile building and undergraduate admissions. The role is designed to support students through two key stages of their journey :

• Grades 9–10 (Profile Building Focus) : Helping students discover academic / career interests and guiding them to build a strong, holistic profile.
• Grades 11–12 (Admissions Focus) : Guiding students through the college admissions process, from university shortlisting to crafting applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Education, Psychology, or related fields. Prior experience as a school counselor, career coach, or admissions advisor strongly preferred. Understanding of international curricula (IB, A-Levels, AP, CBSE, etc.) and study-abroad pathways. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Study abroad experience (preferred). Passion for mentoring teenagers and shaping their academic journeys.
