Hands-on experience with programming, large system development, and code reviews. Proven experience in setting up and executing quality processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience leading small to medium-sized teams and collaborating across functions. Key Responsibilities
- Own the quality of data delivered to multiple clients and establish automated quality checks.
- Plan and manage delivery timelines for each client engagement.
- Identify risks early and define mitigation plans proactively.
- Collaborate across teams to leverage core capabilities for client delivery.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Review and improve current delivery processes.
- Mentor and lead the delivery team to ensure excellence in execution.
- Interact directly with customers when needed.
- Represent the delivery team in internal and external discussions.
