Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the USA market for staffing partnerships
- Generate leads through online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking tools
- Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill requirements
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activities and client information
- Support senior BD team members in proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups
- Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and business development targets
