Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the HR Manager will oversee employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Recruitment ( Textile recruitment ) and Performance Management
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop employee training and development programs
• Sound knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a managerial position within the HR field is preferred
