About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and control activities for a large-scale Mixed-use Development Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction, structural and finishing works, material testing, and coordination with consultants, auditors, and project teams to ensure adherence to quality and compliance Supervise and inspect all site activities, including structural, architectural, and finishing works, to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Manage and monitor Request for Inspections (RFIs) and ensure timely approvals from consultants and clients.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies for material testing, quality verification, and certification of incoming materials.
• Review and process material approvals in line with project quality standards.
• Oversee and verify mix design preparations and ensure adherence to approved design parameters.
• Collaborate with the Project Head and report daily on quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Interact with consultants, audit teams, and clients to ensure all quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the junior quality team in conducting inspections, documentation, and testing procedures.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across all stages of construction.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits when required.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
