Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and enhancing IT Operations Management modules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and implement ITOM modules, including :
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• CMDB enhancements
• Event Management
• Orchestration (if applicable)
• Build and maintain MID Servers , credentials, probes, and sensors.
• Design and implement Service Maps , business services, and dependency views.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, SCOM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios , etc.
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues, patterns, and performance-related challenges.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy, reconciliation, and normalization.
• Develop automation workflows using Script Includes, Business Rules, Transform Maps, REST / SOAP integrations .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITOM solutions with business needs.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for implemented solutions.
