Job Overview

Deepak Construction is hiring a Civil Engineer who can handle

Billing Work

along with

Site Execution & Supervision

for an ongoing project at Koradi Thermal Power Plant. The ideal candidate should be able to manage monthly billing cycles, maintain documentation, and oversee day-to-day site activities.

Local candidates from Nagpur / nearby areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Billing (1st to 5th of Every Month) :

Prepare, verify, and process billing documents and measurement records.

Maintain Measurement Book (MB), BOQ, and all supporting papers.

Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams for bill submissions.

Ensure all billing is accurate and in line with contractual terms.

Site Execution (Remaining Days of the Month) :

Supervise and monitor daily work progress at site.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.

Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and project staff.

Maintain daily reports, site logs, and ensure quality & safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

4–5 years of industrial / plant project experience (mandatory).

Practical knowledge of MB entries, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation.

Ability to manage site execution and workforce planning.

Proficient in

MS Office

and

AutoCAD .

Local candidates preferred.

Must be able to

join within 2–3 days .

Salary & Work Conditions

Salary : ₹25,000 / month

Billing cycle :

1st to 5th of every month ; remaining days focused on site execution.
