What do we expect from

youOversee the design, deployment, and management of the infrastructure, such as managing cloud resources, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and automation to
ols.Define Relevant Service Level Objectives for applications and work with his team to ensure their adherence – including availability, latency, and error ra
tes.Manage the delivery of DevOps solutions and solve challenging probl
ems.Implement and optimize CI / CD pipelines for efficient and reliable delivery of software updates and new features to product
ion.Work closely with development teams to ensure that applications are designed and architected in a way that aligns with SRE best practi
ces.Build, manage, and lead a team of DevOps and SRE engineers. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring the team members to ensure a positive and collaborative work environm
ent.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SRE and DevOps and promote a culture of continuous learning within the team. The role requires strong leadership skills to identify gaps within the team and implement training and development plans to improve the capabilities of individu

als.

ocker.Can deploy anything with Chef (or Puppet, Ansible, Salt,

olver.Passionate about learning new technologies and techn

iques.Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where there may be multiple competing prior
