We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ‘HR Manager‘ with 7+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced candidate who can effectively handle end-to-end HR processes and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Recruitment using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

✔ Issuing Appointment & Joining Letters

✔ Managing employee onboarding, induction & training

✔ Conducting background verification

✔ Handling payroll activities including salary structure, salary breakup, OT calculation, and full & final settlements

✔ Managing TA/DA and administrative responsibilities

✔ Ensuring compliance with Company Law, Labour Law & HR statutory compliances

✔ Driving employee engagement initiatives & cultural activities

✔ Problem Solving - Resolving employee grievances and workplace issues

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 7+ years of HR experience

* Strong knowledge of payroll, compliances & labour laws

* Experience in Manufacturing industry (mandatory)

* Excellent problem-solving & employee management skills
