Are you a hands-on cloud expert who loves solving business problems and leading teams? Join Ankercloud as a Principal Cloud Architect—where your hands-on skills, team leadership, and ability to understand client needs all matter

What you’ll do :

Lead customer conversations, translate pain points into cloud solutions
Architect robust, scalable cloud systems (AWS / GCP) focused on business impact
Manage, mentor, and inspire engineering teams for top-notch delivery
Articulate technology solutions to C-level and technical stakeholders

You bring :

10+ years in cloud architecture (AWS / GCP).

Expertise in Migrations, Modernizations, Infra-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation), containers (Kubernetes / Docker), and DevOps, Security and Observability.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated experience translating customer business needs into architectural decisions and solutions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage directly with customers to understand their business pain points, requirements, and challenges.

Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions (AWS / GCP), with a focus on customer impact.

Act as a strategic consultant, articulating solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead cloud solution design, implementation, and delivery, ensuring projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Mentor, inspire, and lead technical teams—establishing best practices, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional growth.

Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of technology trends, best practices, and process optimizations.

Enable competency development within Ankercloud through workshops, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

Maintain compliance with company guidelines, policies, and industry standards.
