Key Responsibilities :
- Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects addressing diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.Brand performance analytics and reporting.Marketing analytics (preferred).Therapeutic Expertise : Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands.Data Proficiency :Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA or Symphony data.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Python or SQL.Qualitative Attributes :Self-starter with ability to work independently.Strong communication and presentation skills.
