We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates eager to start their career in civil engineering and gain hands-on experience in site management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and report on construction activities to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure that all construction work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with design plans.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Train and supervise junior engineers and site staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
